I am Víctor Ruiz and since 2016 I have devoted myself to boudoir photography in Granada and Málaga. My work is to create a space where you feel like yourself, to recognise you in the light, and to give you back an image that is yours.

I believe a boudoir session is not about the body or how you look, it is about confidence and being yourself, without poses or gestures that feel foreign to you. At Miradas Boudoir I will not set up a big production in an unrealistic place, nor a hair and makeup team to create a new version of you. As intimate photography, that is what I look for: to capture who you are in that atmosphere of intimacy and calm.
Your body, your timing, and your boundaries are the law of the session. You can stop whenever you want, change your mind whenever you want, and decide at every step. My job is to accompany you, never to direct you. At Miradas Boudoir your safety is essential, you can read my ethical principles and ask any questions you may have about them.
I tend to use natural, soft light, the kind that flatters without lying. The idea is not to transform you, it is for you to recognise yourself. The photos are edited with the same criteria: natural, without turning you into someone you are not.
The photos are yours and only yours. They are not published without your written permission, and if you ever want to share one, you decide which one, where, and when. Discretion is a key part of the service and no one else will see the images if you do not want them to.
I work in any kind of location. In your home, in hotels and lodgings, or even in controlled outdoor settings if you prefer. You decide where, and I will analyse the place and the best light hours beforehand. Any place can show its best side, so you do not need to worry about it.
Granada has a special light, golden and slow. I have developed my work here since 2016, accompanying women and men from all over the province and beyond, often working in provinces like Málaga. Every session is a moment for you, not a production.

I am Víctor, the photographer behind every Miradas Boudoir session. I like to listen before I shoot, to know what makes you feel good, what you want to tell and what you prefer to keep for yourself. Intimate photography is an exercise in mutual trust, and I take it very seriously. I enjoy the slow light of the afternoon, the complicit silence between one photograph and the next, and that moment when someone lets go and simply appears as they are. That is the photo I look for. Outside the studio I am a curious and calm person, attentive to detail, with the same patience for light as for people. I believe that shows in every image.
